Three ways your gift goes to work
Supreme Council Benevolent Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Every gift supports students, veterans and families through the work below.

Education
Scholarships, leadership development, mentorship and career readiness for deserving students through the Youth Achievement Leadership and Scholarship Program (YALSP), with preference for those attending HBCUs.

Veterans
Outreach, educational resources, community partnerships and supportive programs for those who served, through the Veterans Focus Initiative (VFI).

Families
Assistance for individuals, families and our aging population facing rising living costs and difficult circumstances.
Rising costs are closing doors.
College costs keep rising, and a capable student can lose a semester over a gap a scholarship could close.
Veterans come home to communities that do not always know how to help them.
Families and older members are stretching fixed incomes to meet rising living costs.
Your gift helps close the gap.
Choose your gift
Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and goes to work through the 2026 Annual Appeal.

From our President
“Every scholarship awarded, every veteran assisted, and every family supported is made possible by the compassion and generosity of members like you. As you consider your charitable giving this season, I respectfully ask that you make a generous, tax-deductible contribution to the Supreme Council Benevolent Foundation.”
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors chaired by Dr. Melvin J. Bazemore.
From one student to a legacy

A student is mentored
A scholarship and a mentor can keep a capable student enrolled and on course.

A class graduates
Support that continues year after year helps a group of students finish together.

An Orient is strengthened
People who were helped can become the members and leaders who help the next family.

A legacy of opportunity
What members give today can open doors for the generation that follows.
Be part of the work
Every scholarship awarded, every veteran assisted and every family supported begins with members who give their gifts and their time.
